How do I book?
Choose a departure and room option, review the exact total, accept the terms and follow the bank-transfer instructions. Your booking is confirmed when EGYPTIA verifies the transfer.
How much do I pay now?
For bookings more than 60 days before departure, the deposit is 25% of the total and is due within 10 days by 11:59 pm Cairo time. The remaining 75% is due 60 days before departure when EGYPTIA sends the balance request. At 60 days or fewer, or if the 60-day balance date would fall before the deposit deadline, the full price is due immediately. Your account shows the applicable deadline.
Is my place held when I submit the booking?
Your booking is confirmed after EGYPTIA verifies the bank transfer. Follow the payment instructions and deadlines shown in your account.
What is included in the price?
The displayed total combines the base tour price and the hotel option you select. Inclusions differ by tour and departure; check the tour’s Included and Not included sections before booking.
How are children priced?
The standard age bands apply to the adult base tour price: ages 0–2, 10%; 3–5, 50%; 6–11, 75%; 12–17, 90%; 18+, adult price. Age is measured at tour start. Hotel/bed and supplier charges follow the actual disclosed arrangement, and a tour-specific rule may differ.
Can I change a traveller’s name?
You can edit the name yourself without approval through 30 calendar days before departure. At 29 days or fewer, name change is unavailable in the account and cannot be requested. Other traveller details follow the existing account process.
What if I cancel?
The fee depends on days before departure and the policy accepted with your booking. For new bookings under the updated schedule: 90+ days 10%; 61–89 days 20%; 31–60 days 50%; 15–30 days 75%; 0–14 days or no-show 100%. It is capped at the amount you paid and subject to mandatory rights. Read the full Cancellation and Refund Policy before confirming.
When do you need traveller and passport details?
Provide them 45 days before departure. If a passport is not ready, use the expected-date option in your account so your booking remains open; entry requirements still apply. Your passport should generally remain valid for at least six months after the trip, subject to the rules of your destinations and nationality.
