After breakfast, fly from Sharm El Sheikh to Cairo on the tour’s only domestic flight. Settle into your Cairo hotel and take the remaining hours at your own pace. Tomorrow begins the guided exploration of the Pyramids and the museum.

Explore the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx with your guide, taking time to see the scale and detail of the ancient plateau. After lunch, continue to the Grand Egyptian Museum, where objects from across ancient Egypt add stories to the monuments. The full day offers a memorable change of scene from the coast.

Begin at the Citadel and Mohamed Ali Mosque, then visit the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue in Old Cairo. After lunch, walk through Khan El Khalili’s lanes and enjoy the movement and color of its historic market. An optional Nile dinner cruise is available for a final evening experience.
