Once you’ve chosen your tour, reach out to us for a personalized quote. We can customize your experience based on your preferences and requirements.

3. Confirm Your Booking

Provide your details, including passport information (if required), and submit a 30% deposit to secure your booking.

4. Receive Travel Documents

After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your itinerary, travel tips, and other essential information for your trip.

5. Final Payment

Pay the remaining balance one month before your departure. For special group bookings, the final payment is due upon arrival.

6. Prepare for Your Adventure

One week before departure, you’ll receive a pre-departure pack with essential travel tips, weather expectations, and guide information.

How It Works:

Earn Points for Every Tour
- Every time you book a tour with us, you will automatically earn Loyalty Points based on the value of your booking.
- For example:
  - 1 Loyalty Point for every 1 USD spent on your tour package.
Referrals
- You can earn additional points by referring new customers to EGYPTIA. When they book a tour, both you and your referral will receive bonus points.
- Referral Bonus: Earn 100 Loyalty Points for every successful referral.
Redeem Your Points
- Your points can be redeemed for discounts on future bookings or for exclusive offers such as free upgrades, additional activities, or special experiences.
- Points can be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions or discounts.

Loyalty Rewards:

10% Discount: For every 500 Loyalty Points, get a 10% discount on your next booking.
Free Activity: Redeem 1000 Loyalty Points to enjoy a free activity on your next tour (e.g., Nile Dinner Cruise, Snorkeling).
Exclusive Upgrades: Use 1500 Loyalty Points to get an upgrade to a higher category hotel or private transfers during your tour.
Free Tour Add-ons: With 2000 Loyalty Points, enjoy a free tour add-on (e.g., additional excursion or experience like a cultural night or desert safari).

Terms & Conditions:

Points Expiry: Loyalty points expire after 12 months if not used within that time frame.
Transfer of Points: Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who earned them.
Redemption Limit: Points can be used for up to 20% of the total booking value on any future bookings.
Points Calculation: Points are calculated based on the final payment amount after applying any other discounts.
Non-Cumulative: Points cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or vouchers.

How to Join:

Simply book a tour with us, and you will automatically be enrolled in our Loyalty Program. You will start earning points from your first booking.
If you refer friends or family, make sure they mention your name during their booking to ensure you get your Referral Bonus Points.
